Destin Conrad rides on the momentum of his SUBMISSIVE Tour as he makes his first stop in Southern California at The Observatory in Orange County. Filled with excitement and anticipation, fans filled the venue, making sure they could see the artist in perfect view. With his sultry R&B music, Destin Conrad first started out working with artists like Kehlani before releasing his debut project, COLORWAY, in 2021. And with his first headlining tour ending, with only three stops left, fans were ecstatic to hear his music live.

The night started with a mood-setting performance from opener, Amaria, whose songs permeated the venue and had everyone in the room captivated by her presence as she performed songs off her latest album, All For You, as well as her newly released single, “Beggin’.” Not only this but the singer also brought out harpist, Sarah Kawai, to help her perform a few songs including “Roses” and “Lying to You.” The atmosphere was set as Amaria closed out her performance singing her song “Running Away” with the crowd.

Soon enough Destin Conrad took to the stage with his guitarist, Camden Bench, and the venue filled with screams and cheers from his fans who had long awaited his arrival. He opened his set with “MARIPOSA” which immediately had everyone swaying side-to-side, fully immersed in his presence. As he introduced himself to his audience, there was an immediate connection with his fans as he expressed his heartfelt gratitude for their attendance as this was his first show in Orange County, and he was grateful to those who made the drive to see him.

Throughout the evening, Conrad showcased his incredible talent, effortlessly blending some of his favorite songs like “Lovers and Friends” with his own original hits including “BILL$” and “SAME MISTAKE.” His smooth vocals and heartfelt lyrics resonated with the crowd, creating an intimate and immersive experience.

One of the highlights from the evening came when Amaria returned to the stage to join Destin in performing their song “All For You.” Listening to their voices blend so naturally with one another was a true treat for fans, and the audience responded with wild enthusiasm.

As the night wrapped up, Destin performed the fan favorite “DAYDREAM.” Thanking his fans once more for coming to his show, Destin hoped they all enjoyed their night -- the audience erupted in cheers for the artist. He then surprised his fans with one final song for the night, “IN THE AIR,” which had everyone singing along word for word as they matched the energy Destin was radiating.

Destin Conrad's show was more than just a concert; it was a testament to his undeniable talent and deep connection with his fans. As he finishes his SUBMISSIVE Tour, we hope to see more of this amazing artist as his journey is just beginning.
