Cancellation Policy
Deposit A $20 deposit is required to secure all session bookings. This deposit goes toward the total session fee and confirms your appointment with us. Cancellation Policy To reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the session will incur a $20 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $20 fee may apply. Booking Bans For no-shows (one or more instances), clients may be temporarily suspended from booking future sessions. This policy helps ensure that we can accommodate all clients in a timely manner. Rescheduling You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.
